Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 Cans (800g) Chickpeas, Drained
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil (if unavailable, use another spoon of olive oil)
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Method
Put all ingredients into a fine blender. Blend until smooth.
